Normally, after debugging before leaving the factory, the vibrating plate will not have a big failure, but sometimes it will encounter failures such as material jamming of the vibrating plate, and analysis of the cause of the vibration plate jamming failure.
1. The product is too thin and the production precision of the vibrating plate is not enough, which may cause overlapping and jamming. In this case, only high-tech is currently used to make high-precision bodies and tracks with advanced technology such as slow-moving wire and computer gongs (CNC).
2. The vibration amplitude of the vibrating plate is too large or too small. In this case, if it is a precision material, it is best to use a frequency modulation controller.
3. The material path is not smooth and has burrs or the material path is not smooth, and the curvature is too small. This situation is a matter of experience of the vibrating plate master. There is no other way but to deal with it depending on the situation.
4. Jammed or non-ideal products come out of the discharge port caused by reversed materials. In this case, the vibration plate can only be returned to the factory for repair.
