1. The support for placing the vibration plate must be level and stable;
2, there must be a certain gap between the outlet of the vibrating plate and the receiving port of the machine;
3. All screws on the vibration plate must be tightened;
4. The gap between the electromagnet and the armature should be maintained at 0.5-1.2 mm, and the non-parallelism between the core and the armature working surface should not be greater than 0.02 mm.
