Application of vibrating plate in machine tool loading and unloading system

Vibration plate is an auxiliary feeding equipment for automatic assembly or automatic processing machinery. It can arrange various products in an orderly manner, cooperate with automatic assembly equipment to assemble each part of the product into a complete product, or cooperate with automatic processing machinery to complete the processing of the workpiece.

There is a pulse electromagnet under the vibrating plate hopper, which can make the hopper vibrate in the vertical direction, and the inclined spring plate drives the hopper to make torsional vibration around its vertical axis.

The parts in the hopper rise along the spiral track due to this vibration. After a series of track screening or posture changes during the ascent process, the parts can automatically enter the assembly or processing position in a unified state according to the requirements of assembly or processing.

The purpose of its work is to automatically and orderly arrange the disordered workpieces neatly and accurately to the next process through vibration. Therefore, it can be configured as a feeding system for the loading and unloading robot of mechanical parts cutting machine tools.

For some small workpieces with simple shapes and short processing cycles, truss robots are used to serve the automatic loading and unloading of the cutting unit. Because of this method, it is not necessary to place the parts in advance for automatic loading and unloading, but to use a vibrating plate to treat the workpiece. Carry out sorting and selection of workpiece status, and then automatic loading and unloading by a dedicated material channel or a manipulator driven by an oil cylinder or a cylinder. In this way, messy workpieces can be poured directly into the silo during loading. The automatic sorting and feeding of the vibrating plate greatly improves the efficiency of material preparation and shortens the loading and unloading time of the workpieces.
