4. Too many parts (the vibration performance when the vibrating plate is full is different from the performance when there are few parts)
5. There are fragments in the disc
6. The air gap of the equipment coil should be as small as possible
7. The vibration plate of the machine parts is too fast.
8. The ground or supporting plane is not stable or level
9. Material changes, the disk and adjustable chassis should be rebuilt
10. Irregular parts: out of tolerance, bending, oil, etc.
11. The tightening screws of the tray and the base are not tight or correct.
12. There may be some problems when the vibration plate is blown with air. There may be: unstable air pressure, air pollution, water or oil. These contaminants may be on the surface of the vibration plate, making the feed speed slow or even stop. The air must be clean, dry, with an independent regulator and filter.
13.Improperly adjusted chassis
14. The surface of the vibrating plate is defective and lacks hardness. If the equipment is suspended, the vibration can be too weak. The thickness of the table should be 1-1/2”, so there is no vibration. The cylindrical leg must be equipped with a triangular support.
15. The power fluctuation that the vibration disk controller needs to adjust. When adapting to the power grid, flexible hoses should be used. Do not use rigid tubes to reduce feed performance.
16. Material issues (coil thickness, silicon steel sheet material); electromagnetic coil mode.
